When calling to place an order please have the following information ready:
1. Name and address of the person to whom the order is to be sent
and the card message.
2. Phone number of the person to whom we will be delivering so that we may arrange an appropriate delivery time.
3. Your credit card number and expiry date.
4. Any special instructions.
5. Please try to place your order no later than the day prior to delivery date. We cannot guarantee same day delivery. We may have problems contacting the person or they may not be home.
6. Give us your E-Mail address when you call and we will confirm by E-Mail when we have delivered your order.
7. We have an answering
machine on our phone lines. If you wish to place an order after hours please
feel free to leave the order information and credit card information on our
answering machine. Remember to leave your contact information as well.
